Aloysius Saldanha
With 15 years spent across geographies, in managing Hotels and Residences, Aloysius brings a wealth of experience to the startup. Having handled roles in Rooms and Operations in Global hotel chains, his Master in International Hospitality from Glion, Switzerland, and his teamwork-driven approach, has all led to him becoming a successful hotelier in the Middle East.
Having passed out from the prestigious ‘Institute of Hotel Management’ in Mumbai with a Post Graduate in Hospitality Management, he ranked all India's number one Gold Medallist in 2006. He then started his Management Training with Taj Hotels and Resorts from where he took his first steps into fine-tuning his skills across Mumbai, Goa, Dubai, and Chennai. In 2012, he joined The Address Hotels and Resorts in Dubai, UAE which is part of the renowned Emaar Hospitality Group.
Before founding SuperHost Vacation Homes and White Sage Holiday Homes, he was Director of Operations for Address Hotels and Resorts and pre-opening roles across various Emaar Hospitality Brands in Dubai.
With a deep passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, he has honed his skills in operations, management, and customer service in diverse international markets. Aloysius, together with Nica, has built White Sage Holiday Homes on a foundation of personalized service, luxury, and attention to detail, offering high-quality vacation experiences that cater to the modern traveler. His extensive career reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of hospitality.
Nica Geronimo
With over a decade of experience in the luxury hotel sector in the GCC, Nica has had a successful track record in strategic account management that leads to consistent revenue growth, strong marketing aptitude that promotes brand awareness, exceptional people skills that build strategic partnerships, and strong client relationships.
Until 2020, Nica served as a Global Sales Manager for Hyatt Hotels overseeing airline, corporate, and leisure segments from the Middle East and European markets. Based in Dubai, Nica has traveled extensively across Europe, North America, and the GCC, building relationships across the travel and airline industries – she was instrumental in organizing and bringing together industry professionals from the region for trade shows and conventions in locations across the globe.
As a Sales Director, Nica then joined Crews R Us, an end-to-end airline crew logistics management company. Before moving to the UAE, she also held various roles in IHG and other travel and financial organizations in Manila, Philippines.
Nica attained a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She also holds a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and a diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute.
